This idea's been in the pipeline for a good long time now.
The character on the right is Jeeuh. One of Mako's friends, with some control over the nature around her. Jeeuh's got a crush on Mako. Mako is very confused about the purpose of this offering of a flower! And from that cheeky smile, Jeeuh knows how confused she is, and this amuses her.
